Your Role The Regional Medical Director Team (Provider Performance Clinical Team) is a team of licensed medical directors and clinical program managers who are accountable for population health and utilization results for strategic partner medical groups and IPAs. In this role, you will be responsible for clinical, utilization, quality and compliance for assigned medical groups. This involves intensive data analysis and presentations. In addition, chairing committees and leading system-wide clinical initiatives as assigned. You will manage RN Clinical Program Managers who will support the work.
