This is a seasonal position for this year's upcoming 2024 San Diego County Fair as well as Del Mar Thoroughbred Club's Summer Live Meet horse racing season. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cooks: Fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO). Maintaining all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance. Must be creative in designing buffet food presentations. Preparing recipes as directed.
