Front Desk Receptionist As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the community health clinic. The clinic, an FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) provides primary healthcare, dental and mental health services. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized appointment calendar. Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and other confidential documentation.
