ODAT provides direct intervention support to qualifying victims of street violence in East Contra Costa County. Victims are qualified and referred by John Muir to our Intervention Specialist. The job of the Intervention Specialist is to provide services to prevent re-injury, retaliation, recidivism and improve educational attainment, employability, health status and social and professional skills.
