Key Result Areas The Teen and Family Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Director. The role leads and provides individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions within the Organizations Lifeleaf treatment structure. The Teen and Family Therapist completes psychosocial assessments, DSM-V diagnosis, treatment planning and case management. The therapist provides individual, family and group psychotherapy interventions. The role works to support the therapeutic process of change as defined by the Lifeleaf philosophy. You'll also coordinate the communication of clinical data to Psychiatrists, Psychologists and other clinicians. The role maintains upbeat, positive and professional communications for team members, clients, referral sources, callers, and outside agencies. Qualifications and Abilities •Master's degree and training in systems theory-based family therapy •Licensed or pursuing license as an LCSW or LMFT •Clinical training with adolescent and family therapy
