Job Description Job Description Position Overview The HR Manager at Centrex is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and operational goals. This role will oversee all HR functions, including payroll processing, HRIS (CentrallyHR) administration, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance and report directly to the Chief Finance Officer. The HR Manager plays a critical role in reinforcing company culture, aligning people strategy with EOS, and supporting Centrex’s ongoing growth. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Tigard, OR, with a salary of $85,000-$105,000 based on experience and qualifications and working hours of 7am-4pm PST Monday through Friday.
