Established in 1998, Paradise Awnings combines the experience of Juan Carlos Chaviano, who began his work experience in the United States in 1994 working for another awning company, and Manuel "Manny" Alcibar, a Miami native who earned his Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University. Mutual church friends, Juan Carlos and Manny decided to take a risk when the opportunity arose, and purchase the business where Juan Carlos was employed. Their risk paid off. Being awarded a contract with a local municipality was just the push the company needed to get its name out there. In just 8 years, Paradise Awnings has grown from renting a 4,000 square work area occupied by 4 employees to purchasing a 35,000 square foot state of the art facility with over 40 employees. Servicing both the residential and commercial property base in Florida, and with a commitment to quality, excellence and a strong work ethic, Paradise Awnings has proved to its customers time and time again that it is the number one choice for awning services in Florida. With both traditional and innovative designs, and competitive prices we cover every possible need a client could have. Is there something you don't see when we show you our designs? Give us an idea of what you want, and we will execute an original custom design for you. We design, manufacture and install residential and commercial awnings, and intend to expand into other related areas. Paradise Awnings is licensed and bonded in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and is a member of the Latin Builders, Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), and Professional Awnings Manufacturers Association (PAMA).
