They primarily focus their distribution on the larger Independent Broker-Dealer channel with their largest clients being LPL, Cetera and Cambridge. The territory is Northern California, Oregon and Washington state. Our client has four investment strategies with one ranked 5-Stars by Morningstar. They offer mutual funds, SMAs and are available on the UMA platforms. Currently the firm is attracting 80 new Advisors per month to do business with them - most of these Advisors are finding the product on their own! That said, this is a territory build out because no Wholesaler has covered this territory before. At most, the territory is producing $1-2M per month in sales, so you aren't starting from scratch, but you've gotta hustle! Here is the good news though, this is a big ticket item.
