Established in 1905. We are a not-for-profit organization, sponsored by the Masonic fraternity, which is dedicated to meeting the physical, social, and spiritual needs of all seniors. For over 100 years Three Pillars Senior Living Communities has been meeting the social, physical, and spiritual needs of older adults. In 1982, the Masonic Health Care Center opened and residents of the infirmary were relocated to this new 84 bed skilled nursing facility.
