Job Description The Planning, Design, and Construction department at Pittsburg State University is searching for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager represents the University at assigned capital development projects. This position oversees, aids, and reviews the requirements, assessment, project outlook, bidding, negotiation, drafting, and construction phases of projects. Primary duties focus on budget, scheduling, construction safety, building codes, accessibility, compliance with construction contract terms and conditions, and protecting the interests of the university related to one or multiple assigned capital improvement projects. Duties and Responsibilities 25%- Administer internal consultation to University members and departments to examine needs and the scope of projects and implement those requirements into project planning and design phases.
