Position Description: The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for interacting with patients, by phone and in person, within a busy healthcare setting while managing administrative tasks for both the clinic and the patients. This requires exhibiting great customer service skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a professional attitude, as the Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact upon a patient's arrival, and often the last to see the patient before they depart. This is an onsite clinical support position, with occasional travel between clinic locations as necessary, and no remote work option.
