Employees receive clear guidelines and responsibilities, which help with job clarity but limit creativity. Leadership provides direction, but feedback loops are affected. It's a stable place to work, and it is especially exciting or fast-moving. Overall, it’s a dynamic workplace where I feel valued and empowered to contribute meaningfully. There's limited opportunity for lateral movement or creativity. The workload is manageable, and we are encouraged to take our breaks. Career movement exists but is limited to certain departments.

The atmosphere is positive, and people enjoy working here. Colleagues are professional but rarely engage beyond work tasks. Positive work environment overall. We are always encouraged to share knowledge and learn from each other.
