Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join its Charlotte, NC office. The incumbent, under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, will be responsible for all aspects of client bill preparation according to both client and attorney specifications, including but not limited to: processing edits, printing and mailing invoices. Responsibilities also include the preparation and submission of electronic invoices in accordance with client and vendor guidelines as well as researching and resolving issues associated with electronic invoicing. This position will also provide time and billing application support to users firm-wide. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. JOB SUMMARY The Billing Specialistis responsible for submitting authorization requests and enrollment forms toinsurance providers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
