About Residential Community Care
RCC was formed in 2008, by our Owner/President Tony Mitchell. Tony began his career in our field in 2001 by working for the Warren County Board of DD. Over the next seven years at WCBDD Tony gained valuable experience through being a Community Employment Supervisor as well as an Assistant Adult Services Director. On 6/15/2008 RCC began providing Residential services to individuals in Warren County
