A well-known pesonal injury law firm serving Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio is seeking a Litigation Attorney to add to their Indianapolis office. This role entails handling of motor vehicle accident cases, dog bites, and premise liability cases in litigation. Role is remote, with occasional (quarterly) visits into the office for trial prep. Candidate can live in Indiana or Kentucky, as long as licensed in IN. The ideal candidate must: a) be licensed in Indiana, b) have 5+ years of litigation experience, with 2 of those being personal injury, and c) must have gone to trial.
