The program coordinator will be required to work a hybrid schedule of three days a week in the office which consists of : Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8-5 PM PST. The Coordinator effectively supports activation programs including but not limited to research, logistics, planning and reporting, and Assist Account Executives. RESPONSIBILITIES Events | Special Campaigns •Based on program, serves as the first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors, Field Managers, and Tour Managers; including problem solving and issue escalation •Manages the permit research process, including coordinating payment and payment tracking •Researches events, venues, vendors, permits, and storage facilities •Creates and helps to manage program schedules and/or calendars •Communicates with third party vendors and collects pricing and information •Facilitates event logistics and tracking •Market travel as needed for audits and trainings Account Management •Oversees the timely completion of event confirmation
