Job Description Staff Counsel will help the Chicago Housing Authority ("CHA") achieve its mission and goals, primarily by protecting its legal interests. Staff counsel will represent CHA in legal matters related to various types of law and Federal regulations, such as Housing Choice Voucher Program ("HCV") administrative hearings and administrative reviews in circuit court, tenant grievance proceedings, and investigation matters. Staff Counsel also will provide counseling and policy advice to various CHA client departments.
