San Gabriel Academy is a coeducational Seventh-day Adventist school serving the constituent churches in our community. The forerunner of San Gabriel Academy was the Alhambra Church School that began in 1933. To better serve its students and community, the school moved to its present location in 1937, and in 1947 it became San Gabriel Union School. Ninth grade was first opened in 1956 and the first twelfth-grade class graduated in 1960 with eight members. Throughout the years since its first graduating class, San Gabriel Academy has issued diplomas to almost 2,500 students. It continues to reflect its motto of Educating for Eternity. True faith is ?progessive. Through searching the scriptures and following its truths, we grow solid in our faith and move forward towards God's ideal.
