Job Description Job Description We are looking for leasing consultants in the Hartford area for our Affordable housing portfolio – starting pay is $22-25 per hour Schedule of 9am – 6pm LEASING CONSULTANT Handle leasing, customer service & administrative responsibilities in a team atmosphere. Also, organize, coordinate and oversee group resident activities Handle leasing, outreach, prospecting and lead generation; including greeting prospective residents, setting appointments, showing apartments, following up and processing applications Coordinate with the maintenance department re: apartment turnovers, move-ins and move-outs, making sure vacant apartments are ready Prepare and process lease renewals Prepare move-in packages, conduct move-in inspections, follow-up with new residents Handle administrative functions including clerical and reception responsibilities and light bookkeeping Other functions relating to leasing and residents Organize, coordinate and oversee resident group activ
