Manage freight forwarder relationships, obtaining competitive quotes for air, sea, and truck shipments. Coordinate shipment pickups with factories in Asia and domestic partners. Monitor and track shipments, flagging delays and resolving any issues. Inform production of shipment discrepancies. Ensure all shipments are processed and fulfilled by 3PL partners as per SLA.
