Can you tell me a bit about how your education and professional background and interests led you to your career in the cannabis industry? Our partners come from diverse backgrounds. We have a health care trained partner who has worked for Department of Health and Department of Education providing audits for pharmacies and graduate level pharmacology education programs. We have a real estate partner who has deployed billions of public dollars in some of the nation's most competitive markets; and we have another gentleman who manufactured vegan snack crackers in the early 2000s before that food paradigm shift was mainstream. For me personally, my previous careers were in high tech systems support and business law. It was my legal practice that opened the door to the cannabis industry as it was becoming a licensed and regulated framework. I really wanted to support small business and entrepreneurs - making the leap to active owner and operator of production and dispensing facilities was something that I needed my whole family to support. I'm very lucky my wife and three children have given me the freedom to explore and thrive in a world of cannabis.
