The majority of what we do is Loss Mitigation work, but we do need Local Counsel for hearings and occasional letters to assist us. Every client assigned to you will have been screened multiple times to assure that they are good candidates for the program, and they will be submitted to you for your review. We pay for the marketing, which is primarily nationwide television commercials, screen the calls, sell the service and retain the client. We collect all of the documents, assemble the RMA and negotiate with the lender. It normally takes 3-4 months to obtain a resolution for the client, although some cases can take longer.
