Overview: The primary responsibility of a Senior Litigation Attorney in our Firm is to handle a significant portion of the provision of legal services and day-to-day management and training of Associates, so the Owner of the Firm can focus on strategic planning, marketing, and sales to drive Firm growth. Reporting Relationship: The Senior Litigation Attorney reports to the Owner of the Firm. Authority: The Senior Litigation Attorney works under the general direction of the Owner and has a broad degree of discretion with respect to control of cases assigned to him/her. As it relates to supervision of Associates, the Senior Attorney has only that authority that is specifically delegated by the Owner. The Senior Attorney works in conjunction with the Firm Administrator to handle administrative duties delegated by the Owner. Responsibilities: Responsible for the competent provision of legal services including: legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, orders, judgments and status update
