Description Leidos Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Power Delivery Solutions division. In this role, you will work alongside Transmission Line engineering managers and account managers to provide Project Management Services supporting various electric utility clients. You will oversee a portfolio of electric utility projects, with a diverse blend of transmission line projects throughout the Mid-West and Northeastern United States. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be part of an established Project Management Office (PMO) within our division, responsible for portfolio management, people leadership, and driving special initiatives. Additionally, you will lead larger proposals, manage a team of project managers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to Leidos' Mission, Vision, and Values. Job Description: Pay Range: $117.60hr - $122.60hr The PMP manages multiple projects within large programs sponsored by BIH aimed the Client of investigational medicines. The programs are external collaboration with startups and academic institutions. The projects range from short-lived workstreams to multi-months endeavors in support of the programs. The PMP works with the Innovation Lead to drive the program, managing all stakeholders. The PMP develops, maintains, and catalyzes the implementation of the project management plan. The PMP maintains the program and project timelines, and their assumptions and associated risks. The PMP proactively supports the project teams in addressing and managing issues, action items, decisions. The PMP implements and champions the implementation of best meeting management and documentation practices. The PMP deploys fit-for-purpose approaches - predictive, hybrid, agile, etc. - to manage the programs and projects. The PMP holds the PMP® certification.
