Sundance Construction LLC, (Suncon) was established September 1, 2008, by its owner Scott J. Turcotte. Focusing on residential and commercial construction, Sundance went to work utilizing its 23 years of experience, as well as, the Indian Owned Certification to compete in the Southwest Market. The owner, Scott Turcotte, began designing and building residential and commercial structures as a general contractor in 1994. With over 150 homes and 6 commercial designs, Scott is well experienced in both building and contracts. In 2009, Suncon shifted its focus to primarily commercial and governmental projects. After being Certified as an Indian Owned Vendor by several of the local Tribes and Pueblos, our relationships, as well as our projects, grew over the next 8 years. Suncon has completed several design-builds both Governmental and Commercial projects including multifamily/4 plex, and the newly completed additions at Route 66 Casino, Sky City Casino, Dancing Eagle Casino, Albuquerque Land Rover, Jaguar of Albuquerque, and Landrover of Santa Fe. Suncon has grown every year with its primary focus on commercial and industrial markets around the southwest. Sundance Construction received its 8a certification on Oct. 18th, 2016 and is also a small disadvantaged business as well as a self-certified Indian Economic Enterprise (under the Buy Indian Act). Suncon can currently bond $9 MIL and $15 MIL Aggregate as well as a $250,000 line of credit. Our repeat satisfied customers appreciate our on-time, on-budget, and safely executed projects.
