What you'll do Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across all teams and offices at Candid Health. Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams, delivering a white-glove experience at every touchpoint. Manage last-minute scheduling conflicts and adjustments quickly and efficiently. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to streamline scheduling and logistics. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and up to date across all channels.
