Summary: We are looking for a detailed-oriented experienced staff accountant to manage Concur T&E system, assist with customer collections, and perform other accounting duties within our organization. The staff accountant's responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining our Concur T&E system, billing collections, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, researching items/issues impacting financial statements, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: •Manage and administers Company's T&E management system, Concur by ensuring accurate data entry, processing expense reports, resolving user issues, and work with internal IT/Concur Administrators to optimize system configuration to meet Company's needs •Perform daily/monthly cash reconciliations on a timely basis •Responsible for collecting payments on overdue accounts, contacting customers to make collection arrangements.

Summary: Under general supervision of the General Ledger Manager, assist in the General Ledger area of the Accounting Department using generally accepted accounting principles to prepare, verify and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities: Responsible for key components within the month end close process to include collecting, researching, and organizing in an effective manner all necessary data to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly journal entries, accruals, and allocations. Other key elements are performing detailed monthly trending expense analysis, focus on attention to detail to catch errors, trace possible causes of problems in the monthly cost report, recognize important information and discrepancies within the month end close process, understand, and analyze how changes to the cost report affect allocations, trouble shoot discrepancies within the cost report and reconcile the cost report model to the G/L.
