Cheese Works Was founded in February 1992 as home industry that produces fresh, French style cheese. Cheese are made of fresh pasteurized whole milk, in traditional milk with lactic acid starter culture and vegetable rennet ( 100 % animal free ). The cheese can also be made from goat's milk.
