I truly enjoy working here. Reliable and efficient. Communication is clear, but project timelines sometimes extend beyond initial estimates. Employee contributions are recognized and appreciated regularly. Career movement exists but is limited to certain departments. Promotions are possible, and often depend on team structure. However, there’s little cross-functional collaboration, which can make things feel siloed and monotonous.

Plenty of work, but recognition is lacking. Management provides necessary support but doesn’t often solicit feedback. It’s a tangible way they show they care. I frequently get to work with people from marketing, sales, and operations, which gives me a holistic view of the business. This exposure to different functions has broadened my skill set and helped me understand how all the pieces of our company fit together.
