It’s a good place to work if you’re looking for routine without rapid career movement or creative tasks. Management checks in occasionally but doesn’t offer much feedback. Workinghas been an incredibly rewarding experience. The production goals are challenging but realistic, and we’re encouraged to take pride in quality. Employees receive solid benefits and enjoy job security but sometimes experience limited communication from management. Team environment is great and communication is strong across departments. Regular training, readily available PPE, and a culture where you’re encouraged to speak up about concerns make me feel safe and respected on the job every single day.
