Since then, TSINY has expanded into a multi-faceted mental health corporation offering a full range of residential programs and outpatient services designed to increase personal motivation, strengthen work skills and encourage participation in community activities. While many of Transitional Services' recipients need ongoing medication and supportive behavioral therapy, this does not preclude them from living independently and having a job and family responsibilities.
