Our Landscape Maintenance Division, Nature's Workforce at Westminster is looking for a Maintenance Forman to join our team!! Please be aware that this Foreman position is for Landscape Maintenance. This an hourly position with an hourly range starting at $22.00 to $30.00 (DOE) GENERAL PURPOSE: To oversee a crew that is responsible for maintaining the landscape of our clients to include but not limited to, mowing, trimming, blowing, and edging grass areas, pulling and spraying weeds, picking up trash and changing out trash cans and dog stations, pruning of trees and shrubs, and cleaning properties of leaves. This is a working foreman position and requires physical labor. This job also includes snow removal during the winter months. HOURS: Monday through Friday - 6:00am to 4:30pm and occasional weekends for landscape maintenance. For snow removal hours vary based on weather conditions, but include weekends, nights, holidays, and any time it snows, unless PTO has been approved in advance.
