For instance, the Caribbean Islands and the Kissimmee, Florida areas experience some of the highest demand consistently throughout the year. And, Myrtle Beach is truly a wonderful golf, tennis and beach paradise. The Kissimmee-Orlando area is the number one tourist destination in the Western Hemisphere with 52 weeks per year demand. In addition to offering our clients access to these incredible destinations, we also trade this inventory with other exchange companies and wholesalers for access to their various destinations. Additionally, inventory is available through block trades with resorts as well as from our own client base that own time-shares, condominiums, or villas in resort destinations. In these instances, clients may simply trade as many weeks as they wish in return for access to their property through our VNI exchange program. This also allows our clients to trade off-season time for prime-season time by paying a nominal upgrade fee or in some cases no fee at all.
