RoofCrafters Roofing is looking for a motivated and experienced inside sales representative to join our rockstar team! The Inside Sales representative reports to the Director of Sales. The role of the Inside Sales representative is to revitalize and renew any sales relationships that fell through or did not work out on the client's schedule. The inside sales position is responsible for obtaining referrals and aged prospects and working with them directly to answer questions and complete the initial sale process. This is a commission plus base salary position. Responsibilities: Contacting aged prospects via Telephone and/or email multiple times until the lead is officially "dead" Surveying recent prospects by requesting feedback about experience and why they did not choose us Revitalize aged prospects (cold and warm) where possible to further the sales process Create and manage the execution of Change Orders on jobs in progress Requesting Referrals from recent clients Requesting Reviews
