Additionally, basic Human Resource duties include preparation of new hire documents and maintaining employee folders, mandatory payroll deductions and compliance, Annual Workers Compensation Audit and upkeep of Certificates of Insurance documents for annual audit and disability insurance filings with insurance companies, as necessary. The bookkeeper is the liaison between the outside auditor and the Association and will work with the Association’s Treasurer to maintain accurate Association Accounting records.
