Position OverviewThe Center for the Advancement of Research on Eating Behaviors (CARE) has an opening for 2-3 Student Hourly Research Aides (RAs). CARE conducts research focused on the assessment, diagnosis, and classification of eating and weight disorders. A major goal of the center is to better understand the relationships between eating disorder behaviors, mood, and anxiety symptoms. We also conduct studies that provide free treatment to students and community members who have an eating disorder using mobile health apps and telehealth. The RA(s) selected for this position will assist the project coordinators, Associate Director of CARE, and Principal Investigator with ongoing research and study activities. The RA(s) will also learn about team-based science by collaborating with our team of research interns, PhD students, junior and senior co-investigators, and the study PI.
