In support of the mission of Goshen Health, and reporting to Assistant Vice President Surgical Services and Center for Cancer Care, the Director of Surgical Services is accountable and responsible for implementation, ongoing management and strategic growth of Hospital Surgical Services programs. The Director of Surgical Services will work in partnership with medical staff leaders, specifically the Surgical Service Medical Director and the Anesthesia Medical Director. Position Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelor Degree Preferred Education Master Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Business Administration Minimum Experience Seven years of experience in hospital management/leadership with functional understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements.
