The QC Inspector would be responsible for reviewing quality requirements for each product and ensuring the product meets requirements. Essential Functions: The quality control inspector is responsible for interfacing with the production crews in all matters related to quality. Conducts final inspection on all products made during the shift. This includes calender line inspections, review of strip samples, and review of 9-yard samples. Reports non-conforming material (rejection) and issues the rejection notification if needed. Assists in the root cause and CAPA investigations for customer returns and rejections. Preform in-house calibration as per the LIMS calibration program schedule. Reviews work instructions and submits revisions if needed.
