Western States Lodging & Management was established in 1996 with a clear understanding of what it means to take care of people. With experience working for places like the Marriott Corporation in both hospitality and senior living divisions, our managing partners learned how to offer quality facilities and excellent customer service. Motivated by a desire to find balance between work and family, our managing partners decided to start their own venture and founded Western States Lodging & Management. Our experience in the hospitality industry made building fine senior communities and hotels a natural first step. Weve built each of our hotels and senior communities with the exacting standards our partners were accustomed to. We take great care creating environments which guests and residents feel comfortable in, while maintaining profitability and a sound ROI. Sensing a vital need for affordable, quality assisted-living communities with Alzheimers care and rehabilitation services, we branched into healthcare. We found that we can offer all the extras of a well-appointed hotel, while providing a home-like atmosphere and superior healthcare to our residents and patients. Opportunities to provide home health, hospice, pharmacy, and funeral assistance followed as we sought to provide the finest in healthcare services to our residents. The key to our success has been earning the trust of our residents and guests. Our residents family members have peace-of-mind knowing their loved ones receive the love, compassion, and quality care they deserve. Every guest, resident, and patient comes away with a home-away-from-home experience. In the end, its all about the people that we serve and the communities we build.
