The culture is one of growth, kindness, and high standards. Work-life balance is fair, but overtime is occasionally required.

Efficiency could be improved without compromising care quality. Onboarding is efficient, but ongoing training depends on your manager. If you like structure and predictability, this is a decent place to land and stay for a while without surprises.
