Requirements and Responsibilities

Talent Management Manager designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool. Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies. Being a Talent Management Manager may be responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Talent Management Manager typically reports to a head of a unit or department. The Talent Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Talent Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
