Purpose/ Summary:
To act as the first point of contact for customers while calmly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, complaints and comments while delivering best in class support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling front office reception duties including but not limited to:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing and faxing.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondences, and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in general departmental duties as directed.
- Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations as directed.
- Assist in maintenance of databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and tasks as directed.
- Other related duties as they arise.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in general office administration.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Excellent organizational skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Physical demands:
- Ability to continuously stand or walk
- Ability to bend and lift occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
Work environment:
- Work will be conducted in an office environment
- May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area
- May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
- Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud
