Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Associate for both Commercial and Residential Solar Projects. We are expanding the scope of our company and want you to be a part of that journey of growing with the company!

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
- Perform door-to-door sales in designated market areas
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in solar sales, is advantageous
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Previous experience in outside sales or door-to-door sales is beneficial
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customer bases
