Responsibilities:

- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and update menus, taking into account seasonal offerings and customer preferences
- Monitor product quality and consistency to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
Skills:
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Hospitality management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with assistant manager roles in the restaurant or food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
