    Pathways Healthcare is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our growing HR team! This position will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and other administrative duties to help support the team.     Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:30-5:00 pm
    This will be a hybrid position after training is complete.

    Responsibilities
    • Screen resumes and applications in Pathways Applicant Tracking System (Paycor) before sending all qualified candidates to managers for interviewing
    • Posting open positions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
    • Update online job posting requirements when needed
    • Seek alternative and creative methods of reaching candidates
    • Setup phone and in-person interviews for hiring managers
    • Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview
    • Work with the team to propose offers to final candidates
    • Send offer letters and register new hires for electronic onboarding
    • Work with management to schedule and facilitate orientations
    • Performs other related duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    • Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
    • Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel (preferred)
    • Ability to work remote with computers and the necessary software applications used by the department
    • Excellent computer and software skills
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Understanding of HR functions and best practices
