Key Responsibilities:

• Client Experience Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs to deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Adept Event Planning: Lead client meetings and tastings, offering expert guidance on menus, venues, staffing, and décor. Manage all aspects of event planning from food and beverage selections to vendor relations to onsite execution.
• Onsite Excellence: Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, orchestrating smooth execution while maintaining active communication with clients, staff, vendors, and venues.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement and ensure consistent delivery of excellence.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Bring 2 years of client-facing experience in planning and coordinating full-service catered events, ideally across multiple venues.
• Passion for Hospitality: Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and client service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Culinary Savvy: Possess a strong understanding of food and beverage in a catered event setting, guiding clients through menu selections with confidence.
• Organizational Wizardry: Thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling competing priorities with ease and delivering results with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective Communication: Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Be available weekends and evenings as needed to execute events at venues across the Bay Area.
