    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Experience Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs to deliver exceptional event experiences.
    • Adept Event Planning: Lead client meetings and tastings, offering expert guidance on menus, venues, staffing, and décor. Manage all aspects of event planning from food and beverage selections to vendor relations to onsite execution.
    • Onsite Excellence: Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, orchestrating smooth execution while maintaining active communication with clients, staff, vendors, and venues.
    • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas of improvement and ensure consistent delivery of excellence.
