Change of Occupancy Maintenance Manager jobs in the United States

We are looking for skilled maintenance workers with plumbing experience.

Duties Include:

-Plumbing

-Mowing

-De trashing vacant homes

-Cleaning up debris around the park

-Light repairs to vacant homes to prepare for resale

Qualifications

-Own tools and transportation a plus

-Knowledge of sewer and water plants a plus

-Some experience remodeling homes

-some experience cutting grass and weed wacking

-Team player with a can-do attitude and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
