Credit Card Product Manager jobs in the United States

We are looking for Product Manager to develop the financial health and growth of a Fintech company in Miami. This role is essential for the development of the firm's consumer lending services, with a particular focuses on card services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in overseeing all aspects of the product including features, pricing, user experience, and roadmap. This person will also work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and continuously improve product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of consumer lending products
• Define and implement product features, pricing strategies, and optimize user experience
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with third parties
• Work closely with sales teams to align product development with market needs and opportunities
• Conduct and analyze consumer research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences
• Continuously evaluate and improve the product offering based on market trends and customer feedback
• Engage in B2B negotiations to establish and nurture beneficial partnerships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer lending or financial services
• Proven track record in developing and managing financial products and services
• Experience in B2B negotiations and partnership development
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending products and market trends
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct and interpret consumer research.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
