Customer Retention Manager manages all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. Being a Customer Retention Manager maintains industry relationships and develops budgets and controls costs. Responsible for leading a team of retention members. Additionally, Customer Retention Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Retention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Retention Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Progress Center has a Case Manager opening in our Oxford location. As a Case Manager at The Progress Center, you will be an integral part of connecting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with community resources that promote independence and foster community connections. Case Management Services aim to identify the medical, social, educational and other needs, identify the services necessary to meet those needs, and facilitate planning in accessing those services. Case management consists of intake/assessment, plan of care development, coordination/advocacy, monitoring, and evaluation.
