Duties and responsibilities

• Demonstrating a passion for Hyundai/Genesis products and features as well as a good understanding of technology using ongoing training via online and in-person.
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers and fellow co-workers.

• Greeting, welcoming, directing clients to the appropriate parties, answering incoming service calls, setting guest appointments, writing repair orders, tracking work flow, selling additional repairs if needed, active delivery and customer follow up.

• Proven relationship-builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills. Skilled in cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues; particularly adept at communicating with clarity. Personable professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele base from various cultural and organizational backgrounds.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and organize multiple concurrent projects. Must have the ability to work independently, demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
• Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
